Consultant Care Program

At Vértere Global Solutions, our People are our most valuable assets. That’s why we created a strategic Consultant Care Program and we assign a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) for each team deployed to clients. The goal of the HRBP organization is to ensure that each Consultant has an engaging, safe and fulfilling work environment towards professional and personal growth.

The HRBP provides our consultant workforce with the needed care and support in three focus areas:

ENGAGEMENT

Each HRBP provides regular touchpoints via all available communication platforms (physical and virtual) to address the needs or inquiries of each consultant. They are also invited to regular Virtual Consultant Care Sessions, Webinars or Workshops where we discuss various topics that may help them improve personal and professional welfare.

ENCOURAGEMENT

Our Consultant Care programs are pivotal in building strong and long- term relationships with our consultants by providing them a high level of professional and as well as personal support.

We believe that it is a major contributor to higher retention and their delivery of outstanding results to our clients.

EXPERTISE
