The IT Product Manager, as the Product Owner, is responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. This role is heavily engaged with Business Units (BUs) and will have direct ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between business goals and the IT product strategy. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritize features, and drive product development, ensuring that the products meet user needs and deliver value to the business.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product visions and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps that outline product releases, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prioritize features and product enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
Own the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects both business and user needs, strategic goals, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs) to align product strategies with business objectives and drive successful product outcomes.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing improvements.
Oversee product performance metrics and KPIs to ensure product success.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases, meeting quality standards and business expectations.
Drive continuous improvement based on feedback from BUs, customers, and performance analytics.
Must have:
2+ years of experience in product management, Business Analysis, Project Management, System Analysis and related fields.
Understanding on the development and managing product roadmaps and execution on product strategies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
