The Org Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting successful business transitions by managing the people side of change. This includes assessing change impact, engaging stakeholders, planning and delivering communications, training, and helping drive adoption of new systems, processes, or organizational structures.
Responsibilities:
Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Support change planning and implementation across teams and functions
Develop and deliver clear communication materials to support change adoption
Engage and manage stakeholders to gain alignment and support
Design and facilitate training sessions to prepare teams for change
Track progress and measure the success of change initiatives through data and reporting
Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement
Must have:
2–3 years of experience in change management, business analysis, or system implementation
Experience with stakeholder engagement and change planning
Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prosci is a plus)
Understanding of project management principles
High empathy and ability to support people through change
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess impacts and interpret data
